These cookies have won us many ribbons.
1 C butter flavored Crisco
3/4 C brown sugar
3/4 C white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 C flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package of chocolate chips
Mix shortening and sugars. Add the dry ingredients. Mix well and add the chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
